SMS Inbox

The SMS Inbox is similar to an email inbox.  You can see a list of all the messages incoming or outgoing. 

Click SMS then click SMS Inbox.  The top left panel of this screen shows a list of the messages sent and received.  Sort these messages by the SMS From Short Code or with the category drop down:

Respond to Subscriber Messages

Click on a message to view the message details in the right panel.  Click Respond to create and send a message in reply to the subscriber. 

Note: If you would like to change the automated responses sent to the subscribers, edit the responses for each SMS From Short Code.

View Message Thread

The message thread will show in the panel below when a message is selected.  In the message thread you can view all messages sent between the From number and the subscriber.
