This report shows the detected email clients and mobile devices that opened or clicked the message. The breakout of email clients and mobile devices report only shows the clicks and opens for those email clients that report what device is viewing the message.

- Click Custom Reports
- Double click Breakout of Email Clients and Mobile Devices
- You'll see a grid listing the most resent sends. Double click the email send to view the Desktop and Mobile Device Usage.
- Select the send and click Desktop & Mobile Opens to view a detailed breakout of opens only
- Select the send and click Desktop & Mobile Clicks to view a detailed breakout of clicks only
- Select the email send and click Detailed Mobile Device Breakout to view a very detailed breakout of mobile devices
