This report displays the total number of global opt-outs, including unsubscribe, do not send import, hard bounce, multiple soft bounces, and manual unsubscribe.

 
 
  1. Click Reports
  2. Click Custom Reports
  3. Double click Number of Global Opt-outs
  4. The next screen will show the total number of opt-outs
