  • Desktop Blocks: template blocks to insert inside of a table or template
  • Mobile Blocks: template blocks to insert inside of a table or template for mobile devices
  • Other categories organizing the template blocks by location: header, footer, social media, sidebar, etc.

  1. Once you find a template block you would like to use, select style options to customize it for your needs.
    1. Change the font, font size, and color scheme
    2. Adjust the table width and padding
  2. Click Insert and Close
  3. Edit the content of the inserted template block in the message editor

Desktop Example

Create a simple email like this in less than 10 minutes:

Start with a Desktop Template

1) After selecting a template with your favorite column layout and border style, edit the Style Options.  We're going to insert an image into the header that will go the entire width, so set the padding to 0.

2) Click Insert.  Now highlight the Heading Text and replace it with an image by clicking the Image icon

3) Click Browse Server to select or upload an image

Add Main Content

1) Highlight the text in the left column

2) Insert a Basic Text Area Template Block

Add content to the right sidebar

1) Highlight the text and click the Insert Template Block icon

2) Select the Desktop Sidebar category and insert the Social Icons for Sidebar

3) To set the width of the right column, right click on the inserted template block and click Table Properties.

4) Change the width from 100% to 180px.

Add a Footer Template Block

1) Highlight the text in the footer, click the Insert Template Block icon

2) Select the Desktop Footer: Footer with Social Icons and Text

3) Change the Style Options: to change the background color, click Primary Color and select a color or type in a color hex code

Now you're ready to edit the content of the message!
