How to Clear the Browser's Cache
Sometimes when the web browser is not displaying correctly, you may need to clear the cache. Follow the instructions for the Internet Browsers below:
- Click the gear icon in the top right corner to open the Settings menu
- Select Safety and then Delete Browsing History
- Check Temporary Internet files
- Click Delete
- Restart Internet Explorer by exiting and opening a new window
- Open the Tools menu and select Delete Browsing History
- Check Temporary Internet files
- Click Delete
- Restart Internet Explorer by exiting and opening a new window
- Open the Tools menu and select Delete Browsing History
- Click Delete files in the Temporary Internet files section
- Click Yes
- Restart Internet Explorer by exiting and opening a new window
- Click Firefox in the top left corner of the menu bar
- Click History, then Clear Recent History
Select the check box next to Cache
Click Clear Now
Restart Firefox
- Open the History menu
- Click Clear Recent History
- Select the check box next to Cache
- Click Clear Now
- Restart Firefox
Click the Settings icon in the top right corner
- Click Tools then Clear Browsing Data
- Check the box for Empty the cache
- Click Clear browsing data
- Restart Chrome
Click the wrench icon in the top right corner
- Click Options
- Open the Under the Hood tab, click Clear browsing data
- Select the Empty the cache check-box
- Select Clear data from this period: Everything
- Click Clear browsing Data
Click the Settings icon
- Click Safari
- Click Clear Cookies and Data then click Clear Cookies and Data again to confirm
Open the Safari menu
- Click Empty Cache...
- Click Empty
- Restart Safari
