How to Clear the Browser's Cache

Sometimes when the web browser is not displaying correctly, you may need to clear the cache.  Follow the instructions for the Internet Browsers below:

  1. Click the gear icon in the top right corner to open the Settings menu
  2. Select Safety and then Delete Browsing History
  3. Check Temporary Internet files
  4. Click Delete
  5. Restart Internet Explorer by exiting and opening a new window
  1. Open the Tools menu and select Delete Browsing History
  2. Check Temporary Internet files
  3. Click Delete
  4. Restart Internet Explorer by exiting and opening a new window
  1. Open the Tools menu and select Delete Browsing History
  2. Click Delete files in the Temporary Internet files section
  3. Click Yes
  4. Restart Internet Explorer by exiting and opening a new window 
  1. Click Firefox in the top left corner of the menu bar
  2. Click History, then Clear Recent History
  3. Select the check box next to Cache

  4. Click Clear Now

  5. Restart Firefox

  1. Open the History menu
  2. Click Clear Recent History
  3. Select the check box next to Cache
  4. Click Clear Now
  5. Restart Firefox
  1. Click the Settings icon in the top right corner

  2. Click Tools then Clear Browsing Data
  3. Check the box for Empty the cache
  4.  Click Clear browsing data
  5. Restart Chrome
  1. Click the wrench icon in the top right corner

  2. Click Options
  3. Open the Under the Hood tab, click Clear browsing data
  4. Select the Empty the cache check-box
  5. Select Clear data from this period: Everything 
  6. Click Clear browsing Data  
  1. Click the Settings icon

  2. Click Safari
  3. Click Clear Cookies and Data then click Clear Cookies and Data again to confirm
  1. Open the Safari menu

  2. Click Empty Cache...
  3. Click Empty
  4. Restart Safari
