How to Create a PDF Version of Your Email

To create a downloadable PDF version of your email, you can include the following merge field in your email content: %%viewaswebpageurl%%&pdf=1.

To insert the link:

 

  1. Highlight your link text in the editor window.
  2. Click the merge fields button from the editor menu.
  3. In the Protocol drop-down, select Other.
  4. In the URL field, enter: %%viewaswebpageurl%%&pdf=1
  5. Click OK.
  6. Your downloadable PDF link has been created.
