How to Export Soft Bounces by Date Range

This report exports all of the soft bounces between a selected date range in CSV format.

  
  1. Click Reports
  2. Click Custom Reports
  3. Select Export Soft Bounces by Date Range
  4. Enter a desired date range or select a date from the Calendar icon to the right of the date fields
  5. Click Run Report
